Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund. Please see below for more information on our Refund Policy.

You may request a refund for any purchase made. To initiate a refund, please contact us at info@med-bev.com with your order number, order date, and the reason for your refund request. DoGo Naturals LLC will issue a refund for any reason if the request is made within 90 days of purchase. While specific conditions are detailed below, refund requests submitted outside of the outlined parameters will still be duly considered.

Refund Requests

Customers may submit a refund request within ninety (90) days of the purchase date to receive a refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and an email confirmation with next steps will be sent out to you. As a part of the refund process, please return the unused portion of the purchased item following our standard return policy.

Please allow between seven to ten (7-10) business days from the date of your request for us to process it. If you are eligible based on our review, you will be issued a full refund upon our receipt of the unused portion of product.

You will receive the refund through the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Please note that refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

If for any reason, DoGo Naturals LLC is unable to issue a refund via your initial payment method, we will provide the value in equivalent credit or provide an alternate method of refund. Please note that some payment methods (gift cards) available in your jurisdiction may not support refunding a purchase back to the original payment method.

Abuse

Refunds are instituted to mitigate the risks associated with purchasing products and are not a means to obtain products for free. We actively monitor refund patterns, and customers making repeat refund requests may be flagged for potential fraud. If we determine that a customer is abusing our Refund Policy, we reserve the right to restrict or cease offering refunds to that individual.


No Disparagement

You agree not to disparage us in any manner. For the avoidance of doubt, disparagement shall mean disparaging or otherwise making any false or negative statements about DoGo Naturals LLC’s products, services, members, managers, or employees.

Release of Liability

You, on behalf of yourself, and your respective heirs, estates, administrators, successors and assigns hereby unconditionally release and forever discharge DoGo Naturals LLC and its agents, employees, representatives, managers, members, predecessors, successors, parents, subsidiaries, assigns, and affiliates, and from any and all claims, causes of action, demands, obligations, liabilities, damages, attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses of any type and nature whatsoever, whether in law or in equity whether known or unknown, either existing or that may exist from the beginning of time to the date of this release.

No Admission of Liability

You understand and acknowledge that acceptance of any refund request by you shall be not deemed or construed as an admission of liability by DoGo Naturals LLC with respect to any dispute or any other matter. This Refund Policy shall not be used or construed in connection with any other suit or other proceedings as an admission or concession of liability.
